Cusco at Night

Cusco is the oldest city in South America with a fascinating history carved from the ancient Incas and the Spanish colonisation. It’s unique location high up in the Andes provides many magnificent view points from which to admire this ancient city. And what better way to take in the views than at night, when the bright lights of the city really bring its beauty to life.

This is one of our favourite tours. Picking you up in the early evening from your hotel, our first stop is Cristo Blanco. This 8 metre high, illuminated statue of Christ towers high above the centre of the city, offering incredible views and photo opportunities.

The night sky over the Andes is one of the most magnificent and awe-inspiring sights. The display of stars and constellations will simply take your breath away. Cusco’s planetarium, in the hills just out of the main city centre, is in the perfect location to enjoy this stellar display.

Peru is famous for its gastronomy, and our tour concludes with a visit to a beautiful restaurant arount Cusco. This is the perfect way to round off the evening.

Finally, we will drop you back to your hotel…tired, but happy!

So join us on this ‘tour with a twist’ and see a side of Cusco that many people miss.
